An
exciting large retro-fit basement has started in Maidenhead Berkshire. The 5 month project is to construct a 12 metre by 8 metre basement beneath the current property creating a stunning large room for entertaining. The work involves excavating beneath the lounge, dining room and hallway and underpinning the perimeter walls and installing RSJ’s so one room can be achieved. French doors into a light well are being installed to give natural lighting.
